These terms apply to services provided by Ankit Jaiswal. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Cancellation Request - [Invoice Number] - [Client Name].
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of placing the order or prior to technical work execution commencing.
Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement before work has commenced receive a full refund minus non-refundable transaction fees (3%-5%).
After 24 Hours / Work Started: Upfront deposits paid are non-refundable, and completed billable hours accumulated up to cancellation will be invoiced.
Ongoing monthly SEO retainers and maintenance contracts require a 30-day written cancellation notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services remain active through the paid monthly term without partial mid-cycle refunds.
