These terms apply to all services provided by Ankit Jaiswal (operating ankitjaiswal.in). All deliverables are non-tangible, irreversible digital deliverables, custom code, technical labor, and manual outreach services. No physical products or shipping apply.
Work Commenced: Refunds are strictly NOT provided once work on a project has officially commenced or preliminary audit/research has started.
Delivered Code & Published Backlinks: Completed digital deliverables, custom script optimizations, technical audits, or published backlink guest posts are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the customer's original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) within 5 to 7 business days.
If a project is cancelled before work has started, a full refund is issued minus payment gateway fees (3%-5%). If terminated early by mutual agreement before milestone completion, partial refunds may be considered solely at our discretion based on work completed.
Clients receive a 7-day review period post-delivery for web development and script optimization. Technical bugs matching the agreed scope will be corrected promptly free of charge rather than issuing cash refunds.
