1. Scope of Services & Pricing

These terms apply to all services provided by Ankit Jaiswal (operating website ankitjaiswal.in). Ankit Jaiswal operates as an independent freelancer and digital agency providing 100% digital marketing, WordPress development, script optimization, and SEO consulting services.

• Custom WordPress Development: Starting from ₹15,000 / $200
• Script & Speed Optimization: Starting from ₹5,000 / $75
• Technical SEO Audits & Backlinks: Starting from ₹10,000 / $150
• Digital Marketing & Consulting: Hourly or monthly retainer rates

Digital-Only Deliverables & Currency: All services rendered are non-tangible digital deliverables. No physical products, shipping charges, or physical deliveries are involved in any transaction. Rates are transparently quoted in INR (₹) or USD ($).

2. Client Responsibilities & Access

The client agrees to provide necessary administrative access credentials (WordPress Admin, cPanel, hosting logins, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and timely feedback required to complete agreed services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of invoices, the Client owns the final custom web design, code, and content delivered for their website. Pre-existing code frameworks and developer tools remain the property of Ankit Jaiswal.

4. Limitation of Liability & SEO Disclaimer

While we follow white-hat SEO practices, search engine algorithms update continuously. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volume, or conversions. Total aggregate monetary liability under any claim is capped at fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months.
